I loved this particular circle. Ester creates a safe space and a sense of community whilst giving every individual the feeling of being seen. The task of working on a healthy perfectionism instead of putting pressure on oneself resonated deeply with me. It is also really inspiring to receive input from the other sisters.

They say that all the healing happens in the heart. A week after the retreat, I saw my therapist, who mentioned that it felt as though he was working with a completely different body. It resonated with me deeply as I realised that my heart had finally received the comfort and healing it had longed for for quite some time.
