Kristi-Anne on Learn to Hold Ritual Space: Free Event
I wasn't really too sure why I signed up for the immersion, but being quite a domesticated mother, wife and householder it spoke to something within me that I felt was hidden. I knew, the moment Gaia led us in song to the fire on the first evening, I was in the right place. The practices and sessions you both led us in were so carefully crafted to enable us to feel safe with each other, and come back to, or discover, our inner wild woman. I felt, intensely, how passionate you both are about this work and how much soul went in to creating it. Returning to home life I have an awakened thirst to bring more honesty and presence to all aspects of my life. It is so easy to hide and stay small but I am proud to have taken some bold steps in the past week that involve moving out of my comfort zone. I love the wonderful community of wild women I met, that I will stay in touch with on this journey.
This was everything I expected and more, it was so well organised and flowed from one beautiful ceremony to the next. It was facilitated in a way that was deeply healing and felt like the most open and wonderful space to share without judgment. I'm so grateful to have been able to take part in this retreat so thank you again for creating such a magical space for women to come together and heal. Such a powerful community.
There are no words to truly express the space Gaia and Alana lead and held. It was like finding oneself in a community they were born for. Every aspect just felt so right. It was a beautiful place to learn, heal and challenge myself in new ways after being in lockdown. The workshops and ceremonies flowed perfectly and helped me to embody myself and have the tools to continue finding the embodiment out in the world. I am beyond grateful.
I did not know how much i needed to spend time with other women until I did it at the wild women retreat. Thank you.
