Properly nailed rye grain sterilisation tek after one demo from Darren. Now having a go at cultivating oysters too. Can't recommend enough.

What a fun time! Darren makes what used to be too complex and confusing, simple and easy. I can't wait to get my spores and jars to get going. Also the quality of the other attendees was great. Everyone there made it a very comfortable experience. I look forward to attending future with the society!
