We had a magical day on the Heath, connecting with trees under Helen's guidance. Helen shared some great techniques for reaching out to trees and I think everyone in the group experienced a connection with the trees they worked with. The day gives a great grounding for developing your own connection further. Highly recommended!
A fantastic session. Helen led us through the day firstly with more general information and then the specifics and how to talk with trees. Then an amazing self exploration, using Helen’s technique. I had a deep experience and a real conversation with the tree I chose. I have a whole new perspective on the connections we can have with our fellows on this planet. Thank you Helen.

Helen is an inspired facilitator who brings her life experience into what she shares, creating an informative and deeply personal experience for attendees. We heard the basics of communing with nature and the importance of nature connection during transition of consciousness. There were also several opportunities for attendees to share their own experiences. However, for a five hour workshop, I thought that a relatively short amount of time was spent communicating with trees. Overall, it was a lovely and supportive workshop. Thank you.
