Sarah, Tony, and Bilal created such a beautiful, safe, and contained space for our grief. I felt welcomed and at ease with them and the others who I shared the experience with- I'd recommend this circle to anyone who is looking to deeply explore their grief and tend to it in a gentle, supportive way. Thank you all- I'd love to come back in the future for another circle. x

So beautifully held. I was pretty anxious in the lead up but there was no need to be, the process was guided with exquisite care, tenderness and humour. Felt a big release and a lot of joy interspersed with the moving grief.

I felt welcomed from the moment Sara opened the door to their colourful home. Sara(h), Tony and Bilal facilitated this journey with such care, warmth, simplicity and honesty. The cocreation of the safe container and community felt so amazingly natural and easy. We were gifted beautiful practices to welcome, express, hold and honour our grief, poems, songs, teas, delicious flapjacks, hot water bottles, support and so much more… Gratitude to Sara(h), Tony and Bilal for their offering, it is so needed!!

I felt the day was very sensitively managed. The warm welcome helped me to relax and feel more confident than I had expected to feel. I found all the excerises really engaging. They were also challenging in the ways I hoped to be challenged. It was a very positive experience of growth, which left me feeling nurtured, and more deeply connected to myself and others. Thank you.
