Sarah and Tony have put together a precious and beautiful grief tending experience. I attended the full-day event in September 2024 and could not recommend it more. Sarah and Tony were both so welcoming, creative and eager to share the rituals and multi-sensory practices that are used around the world to express grief. Together as a group and individually each attendee was invited to take part in the various exercises and there was something for everyone - from those who prefer words to those who are looking for non-verbal forms of expression or synching up their body and mind. The day was clearly divided into different parts, with plenty of snack brakes and room to just be. It was truly transformative to both support others and letting them share their grief in safety, as well as to sharing my own grief and experience with it. I felt truly seen, heard and held. There is power in seeing facets from your own experience with grief reflected in the experiences of the others in the room. It reminded me that grief is universal and can bring us closer together, particularly when given the freedom of expression and guidance that we seem to have forgotten and lost along the way. As a side note, I had never done anything like it before and afterwards I could not help but wonder why these kinds of collective rituals are not more commonplace - everyone should be able to be supported through grief and be guided through the various forms of expressing and honouring it. That being said, anyone who is looking for a space and a community to grieve should look no further than Sarah and Tony's "Embracing Grief" one-day workshop. Go for it!

A truly beautiful, powerfully moving experience that has helped me immensely. Sarah and Tony were so unbelievably welcoming, kind and compassionate. I would 100% recommend this experience to anyone who is struggling with grief and needs to release it from their body in a wholly supportive and safe environment. Thank you so very much 🙏

Being in nature helped me connect at a deep level, and I very much appreciated the weaving together of ecocentric and soulcentric practices over the course of the weekend.
