I feel sometimes with events like these you expect a lot and they don’t fully deliver, but this definitely did! I am so honoured that I got to be a part of this space surrounded by such powerful women. I unfortunately don’t have many women in my life so it was very special for me. The facilitators held such a safe, beautiful space for everyone to really and truly feel all their anger! And I don’t mean just a little bit, but FULLY. However this was built up gradually after establishing connection, grounding and safety. So as I say, I genuinely felt very safe in the group and to see everyone reclaim their rage in such a profound way was so powerful and I definitely left feeling lighter. The house it was held in was really beautiful and the food truly delicious and I’m not even vegan! Although I do enjoy plant based food. Plus lot’s of snacks, fruit etc provided. I really appreciated the energy clearing afterwards as I feel that was definitely needed and additionally the sound bath at the end does this. I also really enjoyed the art we made. Plus there are beautiful crystals and jewellery to purchase if they call to you. Very easy ten min walk from the tube. Thank you to everyone for such a wonderful day, I just wish it was longer! And I can’t wait to attend the next one. Blessed be xxxx

Love Your Rage was the most powerful retreat I have ever attended. Hosted by four phenomenal women, it was an empowering experience designed to uplift and support women in embracing their anger in a transformative way. The retreat was well-organised, with each event thoughtfully considered to create a seamless flow, making participants feel safe and seen. The psychological safety fostered by the hosts allowed us to be unapologetically ourselves, encouraging us to explore and express all our emotions without judgment. It was truly a life-changing experience - uplifting, empowering, and absolutely unforgettable. Thank you to the hosts and the attendees; you are all pillars of strength, love and warmth. I can't wait to see you again ❤️🔥✨️

The Love Your Rage retreat is a very special event held by a group of diversely skilled and compassionate women. The event facilitators had thought out and tended to our needs carefully as they guided us through a number of activities intended for us to get in touch with and express our anger. I was particularly impressed with the range of activities on offer from anger release techniques to using art to express our anger creatively to a wonderful sound healing for integration. The sisterhood I felt there was really beautiful. All held in a sumptuous location with the tastiest lunch included! Powerful offering - I'd love to attend again.

This was my first anger transformation retreat and I arrived to the venue just with an open heart, without knowing what to expect. There are not many words to describe how I felt and how much was released from my body. I just would like to share what I wrote down that evening in my journal: 'Women's power - of being loud. In a room full of rage, giving ourselves permission to get that out. Been seen Been heard Being witches Being sisters There is a magic power in women The power of connecting of nurturing of creating of being vulnerable Togetherness Beautiful goddesses healing each other JUST BY TAKING SPACE miracles happen'

The day was beautifully put together by a team of experienced facilitators. Having a full day allowed us to connect deeper with ourselves and each other. It was good to honour our anger and rage in a safe space and to be guided in our journey. The sound bath was possibly the most relaxed I’ve ever had. Can’t thank the team enough for an incredible time.

The Anger Release day retreat was a cathartic, supportive and extremely well-needed experience conducted by highly experienced practitioners. It allowed for an emotional release in a safe, cocooning space, in which one felt buoyed up by collective strength, yet without judgement or direct confrontation. Each participant was encouraged to engage in a way that felt right for them. I found the day very worthwhile and hope to participate in future such events - as a single session seems insufficient to provide full resolution.
