This training was extremely well organized and highly focused on being useful and practical. I feel much more equipped for the role. Thank you both for doing this important work. More breakouts would be a huge addition, perhaps as a couple of separate events between classes, without Jonathan, for skill-building and for building connections, confidence, a referral base, checking out swap possibilities, etc. More could be done to support building ongoing community. One person took on creating zoom get-acquainted calls, which everyone appreciated, and another just created a new telegram group for alumni to stay connected. Member initiative is great, and a little scaffolding could make it more effective and help develop a valuable asset or feature of the course. Pointing future alumni toward this group could be helpful if the group is open to that. I definitely appreciate ongoing access as I want to repeat the whole thing to let it integrate more fully.
Jonathan is a generous teacher. A bit heavy on salesmanship and a Tony Robbins vibe and low on drug interactions and challenging sessions, but also patient and kind. I learned a lot.
