Loved the space and the atmosphere Claire has created, it was an intimate group and I loved that it was no music, it allowed me to fully embrace the experience! Feeling healed and rejuvenated and nicely calm. Sending gratitude to the group and to Claire!

Conscious Interbeing provided an unforgettable experience that seamlessly blended relaxation, play, and movement. The interactive exercises felt like a delightful game of movement, allowing us to respond and connect with each other in a profound way. The cozy and welcoming atmosphere created by the host encouraged us to feel completely at ease, resulting in a truly freeing and relaxing experience. Personally, I was able to unblock tension in my back, which was incredibly impactful. This event was truly exceptional and left me feeling refreshed and invigorated. A very good mix of fun and exploring touch sensitively. Claire was a great facilitator, creating a space to explore, checking into our bodies and then allowing connection with others. It's quite a beautiful experience to explore touch with complete strangers!
