A truly amazing experience. Very welcoming, open and completley non-judgemental. Jem had created a very safe setting to gently explore boundries, be open to vulnerability and discover what was possible. A surprisingly eclectic group, but all rather wonderful, very accepting and respectful. As for self discovery, not sure, apart from the realisation I'd perhaps suppressed more than I thought. I had been allowed a glimpse of a beautiful world.
Thank you for holding such a safe and sacred space, Jem! Your guidance through the practices really helped me to drop in, relax and feel safe. The exercises you shared with us helped to create trust, connection and authenticity within the group. All of this set the necessary foundation for pleasure and expansion. The workshop gave me the opportunity to feel into my boundaries and get in touch with my desires. Then learn how to enforce my boundaries and ask for my desires, accept a no without feeling rejected and negotiate a pleasurable outcome.

These temples are such an incredible gift. They are really well held and a beautiful, nourishing, safe space to show up however you are. I am learning that my body has more capacity for a yes to touch, pleasure, and playfulness. I am also learning how to feel into my boundaries and desires. I highly recommend these events!
