Herbal Medicine Workshops

Come along and learn how to identify plants, understand how they work (including physiologically as well as herbal energetics and tissue states). These workshops are experiential and include getting to know plants intuitively and through your senses. You will learn how to understand how they work in the body through the doctrine of signatures.  I offer workshops that will support you to learn how to harvest herbs and make herbal remedies.

I offer herb workshops for adults as well as families. 

I love to work with plants seasonally and bring awareness to how the seasons affect our health and how to approach help in a preventative way, through seasonal herbs, diet and lifestyle. This increases your resilience coming down with infections and preventing chronic health issues (or flare-ups).
