EntryPoints is your experiment in ways of being.

Through daily breathwork sessions, a vast array of somatic exercises and simply being in contact together, we’ll reconnect to ourselves, others and our environment.

An exploration of alternative routes to insights, beyond just talking .

Every day we’ll work with different EntryPoints on a macro and micro level; the breath, the nervous system, movement, the voice, silence, play, bodywork. 

All happening in a safe and intimate setting, with the ocean and nature as our backdrop.

Time to rest and reflect!

What  day might look like:

Wake up around 9am - cause frankly, I’m useless in the early morning.

Enjoy the view or go for a quick dip before heading over to our silent breakfast to start the day calmly.

Explore a new breathing technique and some gentle movement as you integrate the insights from the day before.

After you had a delightful lunch and good conversation, you’ll head over to the main space and realise the joy of not having been on your phone all day.

In today’s session we’ll use a certain EntryPoint you haven’t engaged with before, maybe you feel a little nervous or excited.

In the exercise you suddenly come across a part of you that you feel like you made sense of, but notice the body is clearly responding. There might be something there for you…

You might journal about it for the rest of the afternoon or go for a nice walk.

Together we’ll enjoy our delicious vegetarian dinner and once settled it’s time for the evening breathwork session!
