Moving Circles is a unique, monthly gathering where we explore the cycles of the moon through movement, writing, and shared reflection. This workshop harnesses the energy of each full moon, a potent time for release and renewal, inviting participants to connect with themselves and each other in a warm, open circle. Each session combines mindful movement, gentle listening, breathing practices, and creative prompts, designed to help you tap into your body’s natural rhythms and discover new ways of moving, reflecting, and being.
What to Expect:
We’ll start with slow movement, grounding breathwork and somatic techniques to help you tune into the present, followed by guided movement to free up physical and emotional tension. Pausing for reflective writing prompts throughout, you’ll have the space to explore your growing movement and embrace any insights the experience brings. Ending with a closing circle & tea, we’ll share reflections, hopefully creating a supportive community space that grows with each monthly gathering.
Who Is It For?
Moving Circles is for anyone seeking reconnection, renewal, and rest. Perfect for those who feel heavy, burnt out, or simply miss dancing in a free and joyful space. These monthly sessions allow you to engage at your own pace, providing a foundation for ongoing self-care and mindful connection.
Join Us: Embrace each full moon with intention and join us for Moving Circles—a monthly gathering into movement, writing, and shared experience. Together, we’ll honour the natural rhythms of the moon and ourselves, creating a cycle of renewal and connection that carries into our daily lives.
This workshop is open to all levels—no movement experience needed—just a willingness to explore, openness to move, and engage with each cycle in new ways.
