Snowdrop Sound Sessions: October: Fidelity

Hi, my name is Maia. I'd like to take you on a journey into a grounded state of peace and calm beneath the stresses and anxieties of your everyday life.

We will share a space created by sound; that primordial energy that has held you and connected you with everything since before your first breath.

The vibrations of ambient music, crystal singing bowls and ethereal vocals will support you in soothing your nervous system and quieting your mind. We will slow down and open up to the self-healing wisdom of our bodies, minds and souls.

You are warmly invited to create this space with me in the beautiful simplicity and comfort of the Avalon Hall in the magical town of Glastonbury. Sessions run monthly on Fridays. 

Each session is inspired by the folklore and symbolism of a seasonal wild plant, inviting you into focused meditation on your experience of life, death and renewal. October's session is inspired by ivy - symbol of fidelity. You'll receive more info on this after booking. 

Please bring mats, blankets and anything else you might want to make yourself comfortable and snug.
