EMBODY is a collaboration between two movement facilitators brought together by their shared passion for accessing our true nature through learning to inhabit the body more fully, un-learning the conditioning that keeps us stuck in our heads.
Emily (she/her) is a yoga teacher and student of Bristol studio Yogasara's krama vinyasa (step-by-step) approach which is informed by the philosophy of tantrik non-dualism.
E๏ปฟmma (she/her) is a somatic dance movement facilitator from London who specialises in trauma-responsive ways of working.
