Dearest Friends,

It is with a tender heart that we write to tell you that we have decided to let go of our Homerton venue and start the search for a new London home.

The venue is the single largest regular expense for the organisation at over £5,000/month. For some time we have thought we could find an even better venue for the amount we are paying, and so we have decided to embrace the pause offered by the pandemic to begin the hunt.

We are so grateful for every one of you that stepped through our doors, contributed to the unfolding story, and changed the lives and hearts of all those who spent time there.

This sanctuary has birthed countless events, creations and communities, and over the last 20 months it has gathered thousands together to celebrate, sing, make mischief, meditate, work, play, love and learn.

We would love you to participate in commemorating all that has been conjured, and help us find a new home. All the ways you can get involved can be found below.

First time entering the space Sep 2018

Our venue began as a simple dream, an experiment. We had no idea if people would want what we believed so deeply the world needed. And the place fell into our lap, as if by magic, as if someone said ‘NOW!’

It was the perfect springboard, and regular visitors will know the constant morphing, and countless incarnations that have allowed us to fine tune our vision, and now it is time to fly the nest in search of somewhere that will be even more suited to the needs of this ever expanding community...

Zoom Closing Ritual: 4th June 6-7pm

We wish to move through this transition with as much grace as possible to honour this space, which has been a sanctuary and spiritual home for Londeners and many visitors from abroad. We wish to honour all the love, energy and commitment that people have poured into this co-creation.

You are invited to a collective ritual on the 4th June at 6pm where we shall gather over zoom to share our experiences and memories of this place, give expression to our emotions, and co-create an act of magic to call forth our next home.

Video Memorial

Please send us video submissions of you talking about what the space meant for you, as well as any photos you have that you have permission to share. Please try to keep the submissions short (no more than a couple of minutes). We’ll be collating these into a living record, which will also serve us for the future as we hope to open up more places like this.
