Psychedelic Science & Culture
We're passionate about the potential healing effects of psychedelic experiences, and also advocate for their safe and responsible use. As the psychedelic market booms, questions about how best to protect people and plan for sub-optimal outcomes are emerging. In this article - Protecting People from the Side Effects of Psychedelic Therapy - Jules Evans makes some recommendations for an integrated and mature approach to the growth of the industry.
See the list below for events featuring psychedelic heavy-weights Ben Sessa, Roland Griffiths, Tom Roberts and Leonard Pickard.

Consciousness & Spirituality
We're proud to have sponsored this fifth instalment of the 'Adventures in Awareness' Podcast, in which Dr Daniel Ingram discusses his personal experience of 'No Self' - a concept that has confounded philosophers throughout the ages - and is often glimpsed during higher dosed psychedelic trips. Daniel offers the view that it is a perceptual shift available in day to day life for anyone that develops a sufficiently high degree of concentration and accurate perception. The Psychedelic Renaissance
Our partners, The Psychedelic Renaissance, explore all aspects of the psychedelic field; bridging the gap between scientific and spiritual approaches. Their documentary features Dr Ben Sessa, the lead researcher on the MDMA Assisted Psychotherapy trials, who will be contributing to our upcoming Medicating Normal screening and panel. Keep up to date with the project, and find out more about Ben's ongoing work on the TPR blog.
This month you can also attend a special fundraising event for The Psychedelic Renaissance. Exploring the effect of psychedelic emergence on cultural paradigms, ecology and policy, as well as the dangers of psychedelic mainstreaming; ticket holders will have access to a sneak preview of unseen documentary footage and a two-hour panel on how/whether psychedelics can change the world. Money raised through the event will support the documentary and the dissemination of crucial education around psychedelics.
