Next week, we are thrilled to be hosting a rich and powerful evening dedicated to medicine music with Ora Dea - the incredible collaborative duo headlining this year's Medicine Festival and launching their new EP inspired by the icaros and mantras of healers around the world.

'Medicine music' - the sacred melodies developed alongside and inspired by psychedelic plant medicine work - have a particularly precious place in this psychonaut's heart. When I was struggling to make sense after my first deep psychedelic trip, I found it was these songs that reconnected me to the lessons I had learned and continually offered me a route to that deeper place inside.

The Unseen World promises to do just that. With artists from Chile, Mexico and all over Europe, it will feature two live musical performances, a sacred singing circle, stunning visual art show, and a bonding ecstatic dance to help us explore the power of this music for opening other worlds. A truly unmissable evening.

Call for study participants

Have you had a significant psychedelic experience since March 2020?

If so, you are invited to participate in a two-parts online study on the mystical and existential effects of psychedelics. The option to sign up for a follow-up interview is included in the questionnaire.

This study is conducted by Nicolas Galton, MA, PhD (Cand.), in the context of his PhD research in Counselling and Spirituality at Saint Paul University. Nicolas is interested by the relationships between psychedelics, spiritual and religious identity, and existential concerns.

New Leadership Training

Missed the 'Future of Drugs' Symposium?

On 24 April we gathered a diverse and extraordinary group of experts and concerned citizens for the symposium, The Future of Drugs: Action For Change, in London. We discussed all things drug policy here in the UK, from a legal, social, and political perspective and the high costs of inaction. But most of all, we left feeling inspired by the conversations we had outside the room and the agency we all have to make a difference when we come together.

Psychedelic retreats are back

After two years of Covid-induced hiatus, our friends at Alalaho are opening applications for retreats again. And their retreat offering is more holistic and exciting than ever before. Recognising the vital importance of integration for lasting transformation, every single one of their retreats is now part of a 9-months-long journey, during which participants are supported through group video calls and suggested exercises to help them weave the insights gained at the retreat back into their everyday lives.

Interdisciplinary Conference on Psychedelic Research

ICPR 2022 is Europe's pioneering and leading conference on psychedelic science and therapy, organised by the OPEN Foundation in Amsterdam since 2007.
