My journey with the Womb & her Voice began with a deep yearning.

A longing to express what couldn't be expressed through words.

A big exhale from my Pelvis.

Ahhhhhrgggghhh.

Uuuuugggghhhh.

Oooooohhhhh.

When the Womb blood calls you to lay your body down close to Earth.

When you felt the stirring of your YES through her nectar flow.

Or the direct communication of your NO when she curls into a tight knotted bud.

Finding her Voice is a process of UNRAVELLING that which prevents us from LISTENING.

Nothing to be forced.

Nothing really to be done.

But ALLOWing her to FLOW

Allowing that HOWL to call you home

Remember

You have a song waiting to be sung

Through body, breath and bone

So sing with me my love

Howl to the Moon so she may remember your name

Illuminate the places
