Grief Tending
A sacred space to connect with and share our grief. Through feeling and expressing our grief, we connect more deeply to love and life. The depth of our grief is the depth of our love. The ceremony will culminate at the river.
Dance of the Archetypes with Cacao
Connecting with cycles, rhythms and archetypes, this dance will take you on a journey to explore the outer edges of your being, and open a dialogue between your inner and outer worlds, exploring the 5 major archetypes: maiden, warrior, lover, queen, priestess.
Feast of the Senses
A delicious ceremony that will tantalise your tastebuds and awaken each one of your senses. A carefully crafted solo exploration of sensuality.

This in-depth immersion, is an opportunity to dip your toes into the inky waters of the feminine, whilst exploring soul & body enlivening practices exploring the Womb Mysteries, Flower Healing, Voice Activation, Sound Alchemy and Self Pleasure Healing Modality.

Womb and Rose Ceremony
Through a plant spirit tea ceremony with the Queen of Flowers we are greeted by this benevolent teacher in Self-Love, tenderly opening our Heart's and Womb's to awaken our connection with Gaia, and each Woman in the group.
Voice of the Earth Ceremony
Women are mirrors of the Earth. Using embodiment and vocal activation, we create a soundscape uniting our voices with the wild and primal of Womb & Earth.
Self Pleasure Ritual
Meeting the matter of body and earth, self pleasure allows for relating with sensations, eros and group field without attachment to story, judgment or censorship.

This mixed gender weekend retreat will support you to break open to a sense of true belonging, belonging in your body, in community, and belonging to this land, as you learn to shed the barriers that keep you separate, and are celebrated in the full expression of all that you are.

Nature Connection
We will spend time outside in the wilds whatever the weather. You will be guided through a variety of experiences including playful walks, games and solo time on the land that will help you become closer with the natural world and therefore yourself.
Unlocking Creativity
You'll be guided through a series of creative practices from movement to drawing to writing. Letting the brown tap run, until something juicy and creative comes out.
Dance of the Archetypes with Cacao
Exploring your inner world and the 5 major archetypes that make up our psyche: Fool, warrior, lover, sovereign and sage. This is an embodied expression of all parts of you, the ones longing to be seen, and the ones desperate to hide.

An initiation into the sacred arts of the feminine
This rite of passage will challenge you to hunt down your shadows, and then make love to them, as you shake free the shackles that keep you small, and step into your full radiance. This is not for the faint hearted.
