It's been a year with lots to be grateful for!

Firstly, thank you for joining this Adventure, helping create a community to share ideas, insights and inspirations.

I would love to hear your top insight from this year - anything that “clicked” or inspired you, something you might like to embody more fully in the coming year.

Fantastic to see 175 spots were filled at Richard Lang's day-long Headless Way workshops - one day in Totnes but mainly at Richard Lang's home in East London: a space to be space for, pointing back at the youniverse atop your shoulders: 

..and as great to meet more of you in Amsterdam at the Bernardo Kastrup & Swami Sarvapriyananda dialogue😊

Jessica Corneille and Danny Saunders held space for 141 on the Spiritual Awakening Sharing circle in London, peer support for the weird and wonderful shifts in perspective that we explore. This year Jessica also started her PhD on the neurophenomenology of altered states of consciousness at Cambridge. 

We launched a new regular gathering to explore the ‘group consciousness’ style dialogue created by physicist David Bohm, described as one of the most significant theoretical physicists of the 20th century and friend to Krishnamurti & the Dalai Lama. 

I'm also happy to say 418 places were filled at our online discussions with Bernardo Kastrup, Michael Levin, Christopher Wallis and Christof Koch. Recordings are available at those links, and several excepts have been released on our growing youtube channel: over half a million views in 2024! 

Finally, thanks so much for the generous response to the recent callout for volunteers. This means 2025 = more discussion, events and opportunities to connect with each other, and the scientists, philosophers, meditators and mystics that we meet along the way.

Also, was fun to compare this photo of me at my first Psychedelic Society event in 2016 on the left, just after hearing Bernardo Kastrup for the first time at Conway Hall in London! I was so inspired by his talk we've now had four years of dialogue online,  so was a pleasure to finally meet him again in person in Amsterdam in 2024, 8 years later!
