It's Gaia here,

I'm writing this email from Devon looking out over summer fields with oak trees blowing in the wind and the sun lolling its way through the long grass. 

I am preparing for the final weekend of EMPOWER Women's Facilitation Training where 16 women and non-binary folk will be gathering on Dartmoor to share the fruit of their journey. 

We've been travelling together for 5 months, and this weekend will be entirely designed and led by them.

Sitting on zoom last night and hearing the plans that each group have come up with I am a little giddy with delight about the creativity, skill and love that has been poured into each of the sessions. 

This is always my favourite part of the journey - getting to see the unique gifts of each person, and how they come together in collaboration.

Releasing 2026 Dates

It is also with great pleasure that today I get to announce the dates for 2026! Gosh that feels miles away now, but I know just how fast it's going to come around.

EMPOWER 2026 will run from 3rd March - 24th November.

The Residential Weekends

There are three residential weekends as part of this training programme. 

All held at Brimpts Farm on Dartmoor.

24th - 28th April - Weekend 1

5th - 8th June - Weekend 2

25th - 28th September - Weekend 3

Zoom Sessions

Zoom sessions are held on Tuesday evenings. 

Between beginning of March and the end of June they are weekly. From July through to the end of November there are 2-3 a month, with the occasional bonus session from a guest facilitator. (We take a break in August)

Full group sessions run from 7 - 9:30pm

Pod sessions run from 7 - 8:30pm

Early bird applications end 1st Sep

Maybe you've been looking at this training for a while and are finally ready. Maybe it's the first time you've seen it and are feeling the call. This year we've moved the early bird offer and it will end 1st Sep.

This means that you need to apply by the 1st Sep to be eligible for the early bird price, and have paid your deposit by the end of October. (Deposit is £400 and non-refundable)

Interviews will be held during September and October.

Interest is already high for 2026 so please only apply if you are serious about committing to this journey.

We ask that applicants reflect on whether you have the time and space for this deep process of inner and outer growth. This will challenge you in all the best ways, and it will require your full-hearted devotion, both to yourself and the group.

We estimate that you need to set aside between 6-8 hours a week to get the most out of it.
