"No room for form with love this strong. Beat the drum and let the poets speak!" - Rumi

Hi there,

What new adventure inspires you this coming year?

Personally, whilst I love siting in quiet meditation, I've long been inspired by cultures that explored the nondual through movement & song. I'm curious to discover fresh ways to do the same that feel relevant to this culture time.

You can catch ideas at a deeper level when you start meditating. Intuition grows, and intuition is the number one tool for an artist" - David Lynch

Artists worldwide find that when you drop into a state of mind which is more spacious and free, expression can emerge less conditioned by learnt habits and social norms.

Every form, whether yoga, kirtan or mindful meditation was once an improvisation or revelation. Can we return to that same innocence, curiosity and trust?

If we deepen into awareness, what expression newly emerges from this space of possibility?

It's a chance to integrate nondual meditation with the body and voice, bringing our practice more clearly into our lives.

If you're inspired by this thought, you're invited to join the discovery, starting with a mini day retreat on the 3rd of January, opening a fresh year with a fresh approach.

I'm also happy to have these other opportunities coming up that integrate these understandings with community, body and voice - click on the pictures below to join.

I hope to see you soon, and wishing you a happy and vibrant start to next year!
