Hey there,
Its troubling to see so many necks bowed on public transport, like our bodies are subservient to screens. Mingur Rinpoche is in London next week speaking about how awareness can help with the constant distractions of our times. He's an incredible meditation teacher, so I'll be there, and hope to see you too!
Tomorrow we're moving and meditating at Dancing Awareness Thurs 2nd July
On the same theme, Boe Huntress is running her Farewell to Screen Addictions course later this year. I've personally benefited from her many years experience in this area.
Other events coming up:
For our international friends, Shamil Chandaria is in dialogue with Bernardo Kastrup online, next Tues 7th July.
There is an Introduction to Bohm Dialogue coming up on Mon 6th of July in London.
Our Day Retreat with Mark Ovland: Soft Heart, Supple Mind is on Sat 11th July, exploring Rob Burbea's approach to meditation and awakening, also, in London.
Mingyur Rinpoche in London
Mingyur Rinpoche - internationally renowned meditation teacher and author of The Joy of Living - is coming to London next Thursday.
Every talk I've heard with him has been so helpful and clear, I highly recommend.
He'll be speaking about how awareness can help with distraction, stress and the mental overload of these times.
