Hi there,
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape one of the UK’s leading platforms exploring psychedelics, consciousness, and human transformation. As an Events Producer, you’ll play a key role in bringing world-class ideas, teachers, researchers, and practitioners to our community, helping thousands of people engage with some of the most important conversations of our time.
The role combines creative event organisation with strategic event coordination, offering the opportunity to both create flagship experiences and grow a thriving ecosystem of facilitators and collaborators.

We've been arguing for a while that the deepest sources of meaning can't be automated, optimised or delivered to you. Genuine belonging, presence, awe, the sense of being part of something larger than yourself. As daily life fragments further and more of our inner lives get mediated through screens, gathering in a real room becomes something closer to a radical act.
Which is why we build locally. We're a decentralised worker co-operative, so this isn't a franchise handed to you with a manual. You'd be growing a new node: shaping the programme, finding the venues, building the audience, and holding the culture in your city with real autonomy and a team behind you.
Not in those three cities?
We're still recruiting Community Leads everywhere else. Community Leads host our tried-and-tested formats in their own town: conscious speed-dating and speed-friending, psychedelic storytelling circles, nature walks and meetups. It's a way to bring people together around psychedelic culture, altered states, nature connection and personal growth, with curiosity and depth at the centre.
