Hiya! I am Vicky at gaia and the girl.  I am an Intuitive healer and Usui Reiki healer of 17 years and a newly attuned Faery healer.  I certified as a  Conscious connected breathwork facilitator in 2024 with ‘Seven Directions Breathwork’.

Conscious connected breathwork helps us to connect to our breath which in turn helps us to connect more with our physical body and disconnect from our minds. It can helps us to release emotions we may have pushed down over time. It can also take you on a deep meditative journey. Each person can experience a different journey everytime.  I share my knowledge of our nervous system and how we can recognise when we are in constant activation, how to down regulate so we can be more in the rest and restore/calm state of being. Conscious connected breathwork may not be suitable for everyone and so the waiver must be read before attending a session.

I provide a space of non-judgement and complete confidentiality. The tools I offer can help to navigate this bumpy ride we call life, and empower you while on your own healing journey.
