Thank you very much Richard, Faye and all the team at Brimpt Farm! The retreat was so much fun, deeply fulfilling, meeting so many wonderful people and sharing in their Headlessness! I highly recommend this retreat, and the Headless Way, for anyone who wants to realise their true nature, smile, laugh, and make loving connections.
Any thoughts on the food? Amazing vegan and vegetarian food served three times a day. I normally don't eat breakfast but it was so delicious I couldn't help myself! |

A really connective and enlightening experience in a beautiful location. Richard is amazing and our group became good friends. I am able to access my headless space anytime now which is a great tool.
Any thoughts about the retreat structure, eg balance of free time and facilitated sessions I enjoyed the ratio of sessions to free time. There were also optional activities available during the mid day break on most days. Any thoughts on the food? The food was amazing. Kate cooks delicious vegetarian food. Really varied and interesting with locally sourced salads. |

How do you get a police officer to cry, be filled with love and joy, play like a child and see their true nature? Get them to go to a headless way retreat with Richard Lang.
Facilitators were amazing, beautiful people who allowed the perfect amount of space where it was needed - and even a few extra informal sessions if you were overly keen like myself. Just perfect. Any thoughts on the food? So much love went into the food. I’ve been on many retreats and never had food like it from Kate. A joyful surprise during meal times. A deep exploration of food to complement the work/play we were doing in sessions. Vegan options were perfect for a vegan of nearly ten years - rather than just an add on because you’ve got a couple of vegans, it really felt as though Kate thought as deeply about our food as the others. |

It was an absolutely beautiful retreat!
I enjoyed that we had a vast amount of free time! Would have appreciated some longer group meditations, if not an hour perhaps 15 min here or so, something happens when we sit in silence together, but I also understand that time is limited and not everything can be fitted in. Beautiful scenery and would love to go back. Sound travels wide in the building which was a downside, but difficult to adress. Absolutely divine and delicious. Would have appreciated coffee being available each morning and would celebrate putting out some more snacks in between meals. |
