They say that all the healing happens in the heart. A week after the retreat, I saw my therapist, who mentioned that it felt as though he was working with a completely different body. It resonated with me deeply as I realised that my heart had finally received the comfort and healing it had longed for for quite some time. Laura, Josh, and Lucidia have created an environment that radiates warmth and care. Lucidia's musical talents and healing abilities are truly exceptional. The experience was profoundly impactful. It is a moment that I will always cherish. It's truly heartwarming to see how the experience has positively impacted each and every member of the group, bringing about a sense of healing and connection. If your heart needs a hug and you want to experience the energy of Avalon on a deeper level, this is the place to be.
The retreat felt truly magical, in a special place at the base of the Tor. Laura and Josh are great hosts and facilitators, bringing much knowledge, love and wisdom through somatic practices, cacao ceremonies, sound healing, fire ceremony, beautiful walks at the magical spots of Glastonbury and soulful conversations. Lucidia gave her beautiful healing music and voice activation. It was a really transformative weekend. Thank you so much :)

A magical experience
I wish this was a weekly event, I need this on a regular basis.
The class was held expertly by Laura who used various voice, movement and breathing techniques to access and mobilise difficult emotions. The class had an amazingly welcoming and peaceful vibe and even though on that sunny morning I was not in the frame of mind to feel my way into my pain body fully, I could acknowledge all the suffering that has befallen me over the last few weeks, recall and process it and still find solace in Laura’s invitation to stay with the discomfort within the safe containment of the class. And it was in the moments of stillness that we’d regularly returned to that something magical started to happen. As the energy of the sound and movement exercises abated, a warm, tingling, blissful afterglow began to envelop my body that was both soothing and invigorating at the same time. It felt like receiving a hug from the Divine and it is this heart opening energetic flow that my friend and I took to Clissold Park that afternoon and drawing on it, explored our inner shadow and light together reaching a new level of intimacy and self knowledge. Wow, I didn’t expect all that from a 90 mins somatic workshop. So respect and gratitude to Laura and Josh for holding the space so beautifully.
