What a beautiful session! The setting and guidance were just right, Laura and Josh are experienced and able to create a safe and yet connected environment. I had a very deep experience. Recommended
This Cacao ceremony was absolutely incredible! The facilitators Joshua and Laura were extremely welcoming, supportive and knowledgable in their field. They guided us throughout the whole experience with love. I am quite amazed at the affect of raw cacoa on the mind and body. During the ceremony I felt a huge amount of tingling sensations from head to toe which I can only describe as blockages being cleared. Afterwards, I felt calmer with more clarity and much lighter in my thoughts. I absolutely love healing through connection and will definitely take part again. Thank-you to both of you! Carly xx

I literally walked out of this emotion release and felt like I was glowing and buzzing from all the energy and from what had shifted within. I felt lifted. Having the permission and space to release whatever wanted to come out was special. Laura is such an amazing facilitator, I find that she knows how to tune into others which allows us to also tune into ourselves a little easier! Blessings :)

Laura held the space wonderfully. I felt like I was in a very safe container grounded in strong and loving intention. The various practices were brought together skilfully, leaving many avenues for the seeker to explore later - in fact, there was so much in this workshop that it could easily have been structured as a day-long event.
I did this training with Laura a few months ago - I knew from the first session that the training would move me forwards in so many ways, and that proved to be correct! Laura creates such a safe, intuitive and nurturing container to enable you to be vulnerable enough to crack open the hidden parts that need to be seen, and supportive enough to allow you to expand your heart, mind and soul. To be able to heal yourself to heal others is key and this course facilitates that in so many ways. Although I have always been called to be in service as a healer in various forms, this deep dive into space holding was quite new to me. I started the training with a bit of trepidation, wondering if I was kidding myself that I was capable... 6 months on and I am regularly holding space in a professional capacity, feeling truly aligned with my purpose and the trajectory of my healing service has rocketed in a way that I didn't believe was possible before. Not only has the training been deeply impactful for me, meeting the other participants has been such a beautiful experience! We still have regular meet ups now to catch up. I waited a while to write this review, it's easy to be caught up in a slightly euphoric afterglow when you've had such a great experience - I needed to be able to share the true impact of the training after taking some time to integrate the work. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to train with Laura, connect with absolutely divine souls and heal/develop myself to enable healing for others. In case I haven't made it clear - I would totally recommend this course!
Wow this was a beautiful workshop! The room was comfortably setup making you feel relaxed amongst strangers. Laura was great at making everyone feel at ease to be able to let yourself go. Highly recommended
