After 4 days of connecting, dancing, laughing, crying and being with nature I have found myself returning to London feeling so present and grounded in life and who I am. I believe that if everyone had the opportunity to experience something like this the world would be a better place.

No words to describe the transformative experience that this training has been for me. 3 months of self discovery, self love, heart opening memories and activities that have changed my life forever. Being able to breathe, live, share this journey with so many wonderful women from all walks of life and different backgrounds has created a bond that will live forever and never stop to empower our souls. Gaia is a powerful facilitator, truly generous and able to hold the space with compassion, love, strength and knowledge. The team of pod leaders, volunteers, chef and facilitators made the whole training effortless and smooth even when times were hard and challenging due to the themes and the deep work we were doing. We created a beautiful family, something so special that to this day is alive and growing. I can’t wait to follow each others growth and adventures. Seeing the beautiful offering that will be created from each one of us and be amazed by the power of this strong wild women’s community. ♥️♥️♥️ my heart is opens wide and warm and full of hope, love and positivity.

This was my first retreat and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I felt safe, nurtured but also challenged in really positive ways. I met the most amazing women and felt really privileged to have shared these experiences and space with them. I can't praise the facilitators enough, they all made this a really life changing event.

It's difficult to describe this weekend in words. I was a little apprehensive to begin with and wasn't sure what to expect. But by the end of the weekend I found myself longing for more. The setting was so beautiful and the facilitators were fantastic at guiding each woman's journey throughout the weekend.
This was such an amazing experience. The facilitators were great, encouraging deeper connection with our bodies, with Nature and with each other. I feel more mature and empowered from this weekend!
