Hi, I’m Nuvola – a mother, dancer, ex-actress, ex-pastry chef, rainbow chaser, hugger, and dreamer. Over the past few years, I embarked on a deep journey of self-healing, self-love, and personal transformation. This led me to train as an embodied facilitator under Gaia Harvey Jackson (True Nature UK), a life-changing experience that reshaped both my personal and professional path.

I’m a certified life coach, a psychedelic integration coach, and a psychedelic-assisted facilitator, trained to guide people through preparation, journeys, and integration. Currently, I’m studying with Synthesis in their Psychedelic Core Practitioner training. I believe deeply in the inner healer and in honoring the autonomy of my clients, holding space for their healing with compassion, intuition, and a spiritual methodology.

Nature is my ally. I trust in its power, knowing we are all interconnected, healing together as a community and as part of the collective consciousness. My work is informed by this belief, drawing from the wisdom of nature and the universal truths that connect us all.

I’m also a mental health first aider and have experience in welfare for festivals and clubs, where I learned to support people in liminal spaces. These experiences deepen my commitment to holistic care and a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach.

I’ve launched a mentoring program called “Love Designer,” rooted in my core values of love, authenticity, and integrity. I truly believe that through love, we grow into our fullest potential, becoming the best version of ourselves. I am enthusiastic, creative, and an eternal learner. Art, music, wild nature, dancing, and reading fuel my spirit, and it is my mission and purpose to serve others with compassion, empathy, and an open heart.
