Simply fabulous. Nourishing on every level. This practice is my everything; fitness, fun and self awareness. So beautiful to do this directly on the land, held by the magnificent trees. Fab music, welcoming group and gorgeous sunshine, I couldn’t ask for me.

Wonderful experience of dancing with the sun and wind on my face in a beautiful location surrounded by trees and nature. Steve holds a beautiful, gentle, allowing space- the sound quality was fab!
