24 hours after the session I am still in awe and trying to process what I experienced. Sima was beautifully supportive, grounded and gentle. I was a little nervous but quickly realised I was in incredibly safe hands. I didn't know how much I was holding onto and but much of that was released in the session. A transformative experience and I cannot wait for the next one. Thank you for facilitating and holding the space so empathetically!

This was a beautiful session. This is a great space to experience if you want to learn about different breath work techniques. I attended the session with no expectations and was gifted a beautiful gift- the recognition of how powerful our breath can be (in so many ways)! Sima has a wonderful presence and is a great teacher. High recommend attending!
