Jez's facilitation was absolutely masterful. The deftness with which he wove together links between ancient wisdom, modern science and the 'here and now' was truly inspiring and made for a tangibly accessible and digestible workshop. In the Breathwork Journey that followed I felt deeply held by Jez, most especially at a peak moment when I entered into a very unexpected state that involved a good deal of fear. Again Jez's deftness and sensitivity of handling of that situation, with just the right amount of reassurance, was highly appreciated and contributed to an incredibly powerful and useful experience. I couldn't recommend his workshop/breathwork journey highly enough!

Such a welcoming space and a wonderfully rich experience. This was my first session working with a breath in this way. Jez skilfully and lovingly guided the group on the breath journey which was individually profound (everyone had a different experience). It really helped me tune into my body and pay attention to spaces which get forgotten in my day-to-day rushed life. Jez created a safe and open space, and everyone in the group was present, curious and tuned in. I felt connected, mellow and had an overwhelming sense of empathy towards the group after the journey. Will be back for more.

Jez guides you through a powerful journey of movement and stillness, helping you explore a full range of emotions while facilitating breathwork that brings you more in tune with your body. He teaches how the breath can transform our mental, physical, and emotional states, creating a truly immersive experience. I plan to incorporate these techniques into my daily life and will definitely return to practice with Jez again.

What a sumptuous retreat held by consummate professionals in a welcoming rustic venue with gorgeous food and safe, playful processes. I was nervous at first, yet was quickly settled in with the other participants and made to feel ‘right at home’. Guidance and time framing was readily offered, gently encouraging and I never felt pushed too far out of my comfort zone. Both the breathwork and the mixture of Hatha/Ashtanga yoga were transformative! Just what my laptop-weary body and mind needed! Jez, Martha, Olivia, the Chef Emily and Eden Rise exceeded my expectations. I feel very privileged and well-cared for! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Kreddi, Jay Jacoby
