I couldn't recommend this enough. Angeliki and Alex held the space so beautifully and brought their incredible energy and talents to the room and to the breathwork itself. I just felt so safe and calm in a room full of wonderful people, and the structure of the session was really thoughtfully designed. I'll definitely be back for the next one.

Just a really nice, welcoming venue, space and teachers, the whole experience was brilliant and would recommend to anyone. The group was great and made it easier for me to open up myself to the experience.
