I am so glad you enjoyed this. Some of my favourite practices. You were an amazing energy in the workshop, so thank you for coming. Fantastic, that is what it is all about! We should all feel like we can use our voices and express ourselves freely more often. If curiosity is open, expression feels playful and joyful.
