Feedback
Participants describe the sessions as "excellent," "well-held," "powerful yet gentle," and "a wonderful experience." They appreciate the expert facilitation by Alex, who is described as "supportive without being intrusive" and having a "calm presence" that invites deeper connection. The practices are said to be "simple and powerful" in addressing "very complex issues," allowing participants to go to "deep and painful places" in a way that feels "easy" and "carried with love." The diversity of the groups also helps individual processes. Overall, these Ancestral Healing events provide a transformative and nurturing space for participants to explore their ancestral connections and grief.

A great course, full of knowledge and practical ways to apply it. I found that I have made peace with a line of my ancestors that I have always been a bit frightened of. I now know that they have my back.

It was a great dive into the mystery of coming-being alive because of others doing the same thing before me and being able to reconnect with those others. Alex guided us with a warm hand and I am thankful for working this through in a small and trusting group.

I had a very strong experience during the practice! It really gives a good taste of what is about to follow. Alex led the group wisely and opened space for all of us to be included! I felt that my time with him and the group was valuable and I understand better how natural can be to just connect and feel supported by the ancestors. Thank you!

Beautifully led session, mostly experiential, and slow-paced so that everything could be absorbed. This was an introduction for me into the importance of connecting with our ancestors.

A well-held space. Simple and powerful practices to connect with very complex issues. The diversity of the group helped my own process. Alex was supportive without being intrusive, and the design and spaciousness of the session allowed for deep connection within and between. Thank you.

A very powerful yet gentle session. Somehow we went to deep and painful places I have not been able to sit with before in a way that felt easy. Like being held and carried with love over challenging terrain.

The introduction to Ancestral Healing was a wonderful experience. Alex presented an informative program that felt intimate with the breakout groups and experiential exercises. Very much looking forward to the next two parts of the program!
