Family Yoga (3-7yrs) at Eastwood Community Centre

This is a beautiful, fun class, designed to strengthen bonds, build confidence and encourage creativity.

10:30-11:20 Family ( children 3-7yrs)

• The family class is for one adult with one or two children.
• No experience needed, just bring something comfortable to wear.
• There is no set price for the classes as I run them on a donation basis.

Booking is essential to avoid disappointment as classes are kept small.

Each class is a mini adventure, as we explore different themes through yoga, mindfulness, creativity, stories, games and even some AcroYoga.

Together we may explore vast forests, climb icy mountain ranges or experience a warm campfire under the stars.

A great way to reset after a busy week.

I am a fully accredited and insured Yoga teacher, with an enhanced DBS certificate.

Price: There is no set price for the class, I run these sessions on a donation-basis.
