Hi, my name is Jayne and I am a 500+hr  RYT yoga teacher teaching dynamic, restorative, yin, family, children’s and special needs yoga. Alongside this I’m a fiber artist and tutor specialising in traditional fiber crafts.

Over the years I have found the union of movement, meditation and creativity to be a powerful combination for health and happiness.
 

I offer group and 1-2-1 classes and workshops in yoga, mindfulness and various traditional fiber arts, bespoke workshops and retreats, indoors and in nature combining breath, movement and creativity. Parties and special occasions catered for.
