Dream Exploration and Alchemy - A guided exploration of dream realms, altered states, and liminal spaces.

What are dreams? Are they more than stories from the night? Perhaps whispers from the deep, doorways into your unconscious, and mirrors of your soul’s unfolding journey.

In Dream Alchemy, we gather in a softly held space to honour the wisdom carried by dreams and altered states of awareness. Each gathering offers a unique exploration, weaving ancient dream traditions with modern tools for inner inquiry.

You will experience:

* Grounding meditation and gentle breathwork

* A sound journey with ancestral instruments to open the dreaming mind

* Learn and experience dream medicines and plant allies

* re-entry or practical dreamwork tools

* Group reflection and shared insight

Whether you come with a vivid vision, a fleeting fragment, or simply curiosity, this circle welcomes all. We invite the dream to reveal its medicine—for you and for the collective.

What to bring:

• A journal and pen

• A recent or meaningful dream (if one has come)

• An open heart and willingness to be with mystery

No prior dreamwork experience is needed.

General information

Mats and cushions will be provided for your comfort. Bring extra blankets or what you might need to feel even cosier.

Arrival:

Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure you are ready for the sound session to begin on time. Due to the nature of the sound meditation, late arrivals cannot be admitted. Thank you for your understanding.

Contraindications:

The soundbath sessions are not suitable for people with seizures, epilepsy, heart conditions, high blood pressure or early stages of pregnancy (1st trimester).

Participants should be 18 years or over.
