On this unique retreat in the magical ancient Cornish setting of Retallack Woodlands, you will explore a range of arts to enliven your senses and ignite your creative spark. Central to our unique creative process is moving between art forms: taking inspiration from nature and myth, through embodied practices, into visual art, movement and back again. We will share this process with you in supportive, playful and permission-giving sessions. There will be the chance to look at and release the blocks that hold you back from expressing yourself fully.

You will have the opportunity to take part in range of facilitated sessions leading to the supported creation of your own archetype-inspired presentation to share. This could be a performance, a ritual, a poem or an art object. You will leave the retreat with creative ideas to carry forward into your own practice.
