Movement Medicine, Ecstatic Dance & Live Sound Bath
EDB combines the worlds of Ecstatic Dance, diverse dance music and sound system culture with prayer, mindfulness and ritual.
Using the practice of Ecstatic Dance we create a held space for you to express, expand and experience rejuvenation through movement, dance and sound.
The experience is a modern day ritual where the communion of people, movement and sound serve as mediums for transformation, liberation and soul invigorating celebration.
Our community gatherings are sober and suitable for all ages, abilities and people.
Come as you are. Dance as you please. Be your uniqueness.
Benjamin Tree | Movement Medicine x Ecstatic Dance Hybrid Session
Benjamin Tree is grateful to be sharing the vibes back in his old hometown city once again! Fresh from time in Asia and Costa Rica he's looking forward to bringing an inspired blend of tropical sunshine energy into the mix. As ever weaving deep dives into inner landscapes with expansive arcs of rhythm and bass. Offering space to move in your own rhyme dancing with the sublime and divine, inviting that Be U to the Full energy into your heart and spine.
Benjamin will open the dance with a facilitated Movement Medicine journey to empower your connection to self, others, and the wider community of life, then move into the music-led Ecstatic Dance.

Josie Wildgoose | Live Songs & Sound Bath
Singing from the depths of her heart and of a profound connection to the Earth, Josie Wildgoose is gaining attention within the UK medicine music scene for her simple yet enchanting melodies and delicate arrangements.
Her songs are inspired by nature and the landscape within. Her hope is that others receive a moment of peace through hearing her songs. Ripples of healing and love spreading far and wide is her deepest wish.
Beginning by sharing her music in fire circles, Josie has now begun playing at some festivals with fellow musicians Lua Maria, Helen Knight and Asha McCarthy and looks set to continue to grace our stages while preparing to release new music in 2024.
