Using embodiment practices which bring awareness to and connects together heart, mind, body and soul; authentically connecting with your whole self and authentically connecting with others.

Yes, it's November and it can get cold. It's so powerful to properly connect, embrace and immerse ourselves with the elements and with nature.

As mentioned below, please wrap up, dress in layers and dress according to the weather. There'll be opportunities to get hot, cold and warm. Embrace the full spectrum of nature and the elements.
