Mugwort Herbal Workshop & Dream Weaving Sound Ceremony

🌿Join us as we learn, ingest & experience the magick of one of our most potent native herbs here in Albion (the UK). 

🌿As we heed the call to re-member the sacredness of these lands & our own indigenous wisdom we are reclaiming our plant medicines.

🌿Mugwort is a Wise sage. It holds the energy of the Grandmother. In the past it was known as travellers tobacco as it grows on pathways

🌿It also holds properties for lucid dreaming allowing the person to find their way into a liminal space for inner work.

🌿Mugwort is our native herb for smudging to clear energy and spaces - instead of using white sage from California or palo santo from the Amazon we can forage from our doorstep to create the same effect. 

🌿In this ceremony you will learn more about mugwort including ingesting the plant medicine in a tea. 

🌿We will then relax for a deep meditation and sound bath for you to experience the medicine. 

🌿We will then walk along the canal to find and forage our own mugwort.

🌿You will craft your own smudge sticks for you to take away as our ancestors did together in circle for many years..

Learn how to make the tea & smudge stick, be in a space of creativity for mindfulness & wellbeing

🌿Sound Bath & Drum journey:

The benefits of sound healing are numerous. Come to experience deep meditation & the power of sound healing after drinking own tea for deeper inner-work & wisdom guided by the plant
