Vagus Nerve Dysfunction can come with a host of emotional and physical symptoms which may include but are not limited to:

Course Description:
This is the 1st of 5 potential levels to become a New Vision Therapist https://www.newvisiontherapy.co.uk/. Or you can complete just level 1 & 2 to help friends and family.
Objectives
The aim of this workshop is to help you:
-Learn a little about the pathway the Vagus nerve takes in your body
-Say hi to your Vagus nerve and check its happy and balanced
-Learn a simple, gentle and safe technique to help the Vagus and CNS function better
-Learn how stress can negatively affect how our body works
-Get some tools, and ideas to help us cope with the demands of everyday life
-Learn a full body protocol to help maintain balance and harmony for yourself and others
-Learn a little about Healthy HEN – importance of Hydration, Exercise and Nutrition
The training is conducted by Chris Duquemin the founder of New Vision Therapy.
Costs are £185 for those wishing to help friends and family only (although upgrading later is possible) or £285 for people wanting to be practitioners.
