How is your relationship with anger? Is it pushed down so far people walk all over you.. Does it lash out at the people who’ve done nothing wrong to you.. Somewhere in between?

Join Luke and Hakay for a 5-week journey into understanding the effect unconscious & conscious anger have on your life, and those around you, and what it can look like to build a healthy relationship with them as a source of empowerment.

When: 5 Thursdays 6:30-8:30 pm (9/1, 16/1, 23/1, 30/1, 6/2). A weekly Emotional Healing Dojo  (optional) (14/1, 20/1, 28/1, 3/2, 11 /2)

Where: Online via Zoom

What: An equal parts intense & radically fun journey into the depths of anger through tools & exercises that you will both learn to use, and by the end of the course be able to guide others in. This will be delivered through the lens of Possibility Management, in which we have both completed training as Rage Club facilitators.

How much: £140-£200 pay as you feel.

House keeping:  You should be able to commit to making at least 3 of the main sessions in order to join; the Emotional Healing Dojos are optional, but highly recommended for integration.

Next Steps: This work is challenging and suitable for those who already have experience in holding themselves through difficult experiences. If you’re interested to join please contact Luke (07497066269) or Hakay (07947911861) on WhatsApp⁩ for an initial chat.

About us:

Hakay works in alternative education and gives extensive time to working with young boys to help them go through the rites of passage needed to become healthy adult men. He’s also been a life coach for 5 years and has run many workshops around inner child connection in Bristol and at festivals. Working with anger has helped him move through the stereotypical ‘nice guy’ personality that so many get trapped in within alternative & spiritual circles, to become a much more integrated and whole being, with a strong sense of self and personal boundaries, which he applies to his work in education and with the boys.

Luke was raised by two shamanic healers, and from a young age  has explored many different spiritual and philosophical systems. He spent many months in an ashram and has lived in numerous alternative communities and communes. His journey with rage work came at a time of realizing how much avoidance is present in many spiritual circles, and how for so many the goal to ‘transcend’ is a way to avoid looking at the pain inside. Through a deep dive into all the murky and painful experiences within himself he moved from having weak boundaries and conflict avoidance to learning to love all the parts of himself. He became empowered in the joy of healthy conflict as an opportunity to make life better for himself and those around him.

About Possibility Management (PM):

PM is the process that involves identifying the thoughtware you currently use, thoroughly seeing its consequences, understanding how alternative thoughtware would function, and deciding which thoughtware you want to use. (Taken from: possibilitymanagement.org)

In this Rage Space, we’ll be focusing on two specific distinctions: the difference between Emotions (unexpressed feelings from the past that have become trapped in the 5 bodies) and Feelings (what’s alive for you now), and the use of The Four Emotions - Anger, Fear, Sadness, and Joy - as the base components of all other emotional experiences, which can be separated out for smoother processing.
