Join us in this beautiful, wild setting to dive deep into the power of breath, connection and community. Our facilitators draw on a wealth of knowledge and experience to offer a range of practices including breathwork, meditation, yoga & movement, and nature-based connection.

The space will be welcoming and nurturing, allowing you to unwind and explore your edges at your own pace. Alongside the group teachings, personalised guidance will be given to support your journey and help you develop your personal practice.

There will also be plenty of opportunities to explore the beautiful surroundings, swim in the river and connect around the fire. Most importantly, we will have time to laugh, play, dance and reconnect to the simple joy of being together in nature.

It was a powerful and grounding experience - Thank you, The Breath Retreat, for four days of an exceptionally well-balanced programme of breath and movement practices combined with curious investigation to observe and raise consciousness and connection. Selgar Mill was a stunning venue, and the food from Waking Leaf Catering was five-star. The teaching was rich and easily accessible, paced at a level that made it easy to absorb and retain the skills and tools learned. It was a pleasure to be part of the overall experience and the community that formed over the course. Bravo - You delivered a valuable experience and set the bar for how retreats should be.

Wow, what an experience. Great teachings and learnings, extremely friendly, approachable and skilled facilitators who went above and beyond, fantastic food, great accommodation and awesome people. Couldn't fault a thing. Can't wait for next year. Thank you so much. Still on a high!

Wow, what an incredible experience. This was definitely more than I bargained for! In that the work we did was on a much deeper level than I was expecting, and I really appreciate that. I had an incredible time, and found all of the facilitators equally enlightening, each offering something different but equally valuable. I grew on every level, and left feeling completely exhausted but as if I had engaged with and really done some of "the work" required to become the best version of myself. Thank you so much! Thank you to all the facilitators for your love and guidance!

Loved the location, the workshop and the general atmosphere. The personal reflexion time was really important to digest all the new info!
