We start in sharing circle , listening to each other’s stories . There will be tea and healthy delights . 

Moving to nourishing  our physical and energetic bodies  with  meditative and sensual morning practice  embodying sacred geometry  curves . 

Breathe  slow and deeply tapping  into your feminine watery energy,  opening and stretching  in non  linear  way through waves, spirals and lemniscates. .

Finishing with relaxing  Yoga Nidra  dreaming.
