Step into a powerful ceremonial space to awaken, release, and transform. This breathwork ceremony invites you to journey inward, guided by experienced facilitators, Kat Ballam and Lizzie Keates, who create a deeply held, sacred container for your healing and liberation.
Through the power of Conscious Connected Breath, you will be supported to safely release emotional and energetic blocks that may be holding you back—clearing the way for profound peace, clarity, and a renewed sense of wholeness. The ceremony weaves together breathwork, bodywork, somatic practices, intention, music, and gentle guidance to help you drop beneath the noise of everyday life and reconnect with your true self.
In the intentional space of the ceremony, healing unfolds not only on a personal level, but also in connection with the collective field. People leave feeling lighter, more liberated, and deeply connected to the mystery and magic of life.
No prior experience is necessary—only a willingness to show up and surrender to the breath.
Join us and experience the profound freedom that awaits when you breathe with intention, in ceremony, and in community.
