The Adult Play Group is a place where you get to reclaim your childhood as an adult. To be silly, giggle and connect with others who are tired of responsibilities and want to let go of being an adult.

The class will incorporate:

Imaginative play where you get to create a character or experience based on a loose structure
Interactive play where you are connecting with one person or a group
Movement
Moments of nonsense and activities that help you come back to the present
Finishing with an inner child meditation

This class will be held at St. George Community Centre. Please arrive at 10 minutes before allowing for getting lost, panicking after realising you typed in the wrong address, and also the opportunity give yourself a relaxing trip.

What you'll need is a water bottle and comfortable clothing to move around in.
